The following provisions regulate how Codenotary treats your personal data.

1. Data Controller

2. Automatic data collection when visiting the website or the platform

We would like to inform you that data transfers on the internet (communication via chat or email) may be liable to safety gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Generally, usage of our website is possible without providing any personal data. During each access to the website and during each data download, data will be temporarily stored and processed in a protocol file. Prior to storage, each set of data is anonymized by shortening the IP address.

Your personal data, in as far as they are necessary for the establishment, contents or for changes to the contractual relations between you and Codenotary (tenant data), will only be used in order to process the concluded contracts, for instance, to allow the establishment of contacts with Codenotary. Furthermore, Codenotary will forward the data required for payment processing to the payment provider Paddle.com Market Ltd.

In addition to this, your tenant data will be used by Codenotary for advertising and market research purposes and for demand-oriented design. In as far as your consent is necessary in this respect, this will only take place if you have granted the required consent.

Your personal data required in order to allow and to invoice the usage of features offered by Codenotary (usage data) will, to the extent necessary, be used to handle the concluded contracts. Such usage data in particular include your user identification, information on the beginning and end as well as the extent of usage, and information on the features you have used. We will use such usage data, possibly in an anonymized form, for advertising and market research purposes, and for the improvement of the user experience of our offers, as well for the compilation of pseudonym user profiles. You may object to the compilation of pseudonym user profiles.

Privacy policy for the usage of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”).
