ENGINEERING TEAM LEAD

Remote (Europe), Full-time

We are looking for both a highly technical and effective engineering leader to lead our agile engineering team. 

The Engineering Team Lead will provide technical and team leadership through coaching and mentorship to a highly motivated team of distributed engineers working 
across a variety of systems, locations, and cultures. You will be responsible for delivering solutions successfully on-time, adhering to high-quality development principles, and facilitating growth and improvement within the team. At the same time this role is very hands-on and you would actively be involved in the development and architecture of our software products.

Codenotary is the leading software supply chain security provider in the market today with its Trustcenter product deployed at some of the worlds largest banks, and finance companies. Trustcenter secures the life cycle of DevOps from source to build to deployment.

Our solution can be used on-premise or in the cloud, is always easy to use and can process millions of transactions a second with cryptographic verification of no tampering. The core engine of Codenotary Trustcenter® is open-source immudb, the world’s fastest immutable database. 

We use the following environments and systems: Go, Python, JavaScript, Typescript, Vuejs, React, Nodejs, Linux, and low-level operating system technologies, as well as 
complex cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications 
  • 10+ years of experience in the software development field 
  • 3+ years of experience leading a team of software engineers 
  • A product-minded, revenue-focused technology executive with a proven track record of leading development on reliable products that deliver real value to enterprise customers 
  • Comfortable at a fast-paced startup environment 
  • Able to effectively communicate  
  • Experienced with agile management practices  
  • Experience in the latest technologies (Go, Python, React, Docker, Kubernetes etc.) 
  • Excellent understanding of Operating Systems and the DevOps process 
  • Excellent Linux skills  
  • Experience in complex system software development environments 
  • Interest in DevSecOps, Immutability and Zero-Trust solutions
