Customer Success Engineer
Remote (Europe), Full-time
We are looking for a high-energy, motivated, dynamic Customer Success Engineer who want to use her/his communication and technical skills to help selling our products in the area of infrastructure monitoring. You will demo out products to potential customers, answer technical questions, and be the technical contact for the customer throughout the whole sales process.

Qualifications
- Experience as a Presales Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, or in a technical sales role
- Working knowledge of VMware VSphere and infrastructure monitoring solutions
- Experience handling mid-size B2B customers
- “Get things done” mentality with drive and motivation to success
- The ability to work in a rapidly expanding, fast-paced environment, experience working in an
early-stage startup is a plus - Proactive. Will follow up when things don’t get resolved
- Excellent communication and presentations skills with excellent customer service approach
- Good German and English language skills (written and spoken)
- Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely
manner - Be able to work independently & as part of a team in a remote setup
- Interest in innovative, top-notch software solutions
